i also dont know why the person on the phone with the guy on the date, the girl who ditches him, he says "you let her escape?" that just seems really odd. we have a situation, you let her escape, it happened so fast, it just doesnt seem like a date kind of thing if him and his friend dont seem weirded out by the word "escape".

and why does jan use that valley girl voice when she talks about taking the first test? its just really out of the ordinary. i know she's being smart-assed, but that always irked me.

on the topic of ordering the sounds, I think there's a possibility that emergency could come before blip... mainly on the basis that the alarm sounds exactly the same in the background, and given that they are different scenes, we're hearing the emergency from one position, and jumping to Jan... there's no reason to assume that the interrogation is taking place at Paris... it would also correlate to the fact that the interrogator mumbles about 'probably cause' in regards to a baseline spike. I think the interrogator is trying to find out if Jan has anything to do with the fire AT Paris...

plus it makes sense that her 'dad' would burn down the police station to destroy the results of the extensive tests they ran on jan.

i think this might be why Jersey says "trust me, it's at least partly right." Because Durga is inaccessible, she can't find anything out about herself, she is reflected.

remember when jersay asked for pictures of jan, and she said, I can do better, I think she meant "I can show you what's going on right now with her" I really think there is somthing missing betweent he date thread and the jersey/jan that ties them

for some reason i think emergency is seperate. every group has a start sound and an end sound, but emergency has a start sound and an end sound all to its own. i think its not a continuation of anything, just something that is related and important. i dont think it comes before or after anything specifically, i just think it happens sometime after the interrogation. i think james james did it, but i dont think it fits in with any of the other files, i think it's its own seperate entity, since it starts and ends on its own.

Okay, I think it's asking way too much of us to visit all 210 sites, especially when not all of the phones are reliable. I was amazed at how many WAVs we were able to unlock on the first day, as I'm sure were many others.

Basically, I think that it is so much to ask of us, that it can't possibly be what's expected. There just has to be something else we have to do. This was mentioned elsewhere, but getting all 7 of a set would be a good start to see what we need to do. If nothing happens, we can better hypothesize that the 210 goal is meaningless. if the color changes or something like that, then we have a solid goal for which to strive.

Given the information that we have, I don't think that we can really start trying to find the relationships between the three storylines. Its like we have three lines that all stretch towards one intersecting point, but they never quite reach it. They are too close to not have anything to do with one another, but they are too seperate to already be connected, you know?

Anyway, i'm just rambling. any thoughts?

[edit]One more thing I forgot to mention is that due to the fact that we dont have enough information, we are reading way too much into certain aspects of individual sounds. There are 30 sounds so far, if any One were to have the solution, the other 29 would be simply fodder.[/edit]
