This is a message for abby
somethingsomething34 point 6 90 point 21 90 point 20 blank blank 90 point 24 point 6 4point 6 blank blank 90
As I am working on it
Still working on this the baby keeps waking up :/
I think the first part I have listed as 'somethingsomething' is two words, not numbers

This is the best I can transcribe it:
11.13 14.16 19.21 18.20 XX
18.20 4.6 4.6 XX (t1.14)
7.9 4.6 22.24 XX
18.20 12.14 0.2 17.19 19.21 XX (t1.31)
24.26 14.16 20.22 XX
0.2 17.19 4.6 XX (t 1.44)
3.5 4.6 0.2 15.17 XX
14.16 13.15 14.16 XX (t1.58 )
2.4 0.2 13.15 XX
24.26 14.16 20.22 XX (t2.12)
18.20 19.21 XX
14.16.15.17 XX
19.21 7.9 4.6 XX (t2.28 )
8.10 13.15 4.6 21.23 8.10 19.21 0.2 1.3 11.13 4.6 XX (t2.46)
22.24 8.10 11.13 11.13 XX
24.26 14.16 20.22 XX (t3.01)
15.17 11.13 0.2 24.26 XX
12.14 24.26 XX (t3.16)
6.8 0.2 12.14 14.16 XX
It's a sequence of numbers in the format "number POINT number". I've put a line break at every "blank blank". The two parts I'm not sure about are the very first word, and also the point just over halfway through where we seem to get "fourteen point fifteen point fifteen point seventeen" -- the only time the number format changes.
I've put time markers in -- the numbers in brackets.
Note there are no numbers bigger than 26. I'm going to muck around with letters and see what happens.
[EDIT: Have changed original because realise all the numbers are two digits apart.]

Well, don't assume I've got all of that right.
I'm having trouble leaving a comment for Abby with this stuff. Wordpress isn't letting me log-in! Also, the log-in screen is appearing with a 5-character password already entered (not one of mine). SOme kind of clue? Can someone else try it and see if they can get logged in?
[EDIT: Scratch that, I figured it out. NEed to register for the site, not just for Wordpress.]

I can't listen to it anymore because my baby woke up for good and I am now on my laptop while she plays until she decides it's bed time again. *grumble* But I tried roting some of the lines you have, and they aren't working :/ I did the word 'back' once though, hee

Partial solve:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Yup, it's definitely a straightforward A=1 cipher, but the number has an initial level of encoding: so, for example, E=5, but will be read out as "4.6". In the process of decoding but it'll take a while to get results as I o have quite a few numbers wrong -- but something's definitely emerging.

Not sure this is relevant, may be a loophole.
