Looks like if you add a space between "ne" on the original post, the Skip cipher decodes as following:

Still doesn't make complete sense, but it's a start.

EDIT: Could mean to say

So, on Rumkin you use this ciphertext (his clue put space in wrong place)

Maybe I'm dense, but I don't get that from Rumkin, I get:

What am I missing?

*EDIT* Oh, I get it now. A few things here:
1) The cipher was effectively IMPOSSIBLE to solve without the 6/49 clue.
2) The ciphertext that was given to us was WRONG so it was LITERALLY impossible to solve without the correction tweeted today.
3) We (speaking as a team, if I may) solved the cipher within a few hours of receiving the correct ciphertext and the utterly random key (6/49).

I don't feel too bad about any of this! Smile

 		In Sotpyrk's defense, the extra space was likely stripped due to html removing extra spaces.

So with ChildrenofZ, I figured out pretty much where the person was sitting. It was next to a restaurant called Zito's, across from Rio Rio. The blue umbrellas in his picture are actually purple.

The Riverwalk is pretty narrow. I suspect the picture was in a Texas BBQ place right about there. I THINK they had a wooden decor.

The iron on the balconies matches. The umbrella design matches. The lighting looks right (tends to be dim in the Riverwalk due to buildings and trees, but this area has a clearing), and can see the stairsup and a dark blemish where the Rio Rio sign is.

 		Awesome investigative work, I hope we hear from ChildrenofZ soon, sounds like something major is about to go down. Soptyrk is claiming to have access to members of KRF, ChildrenofZ is in the same state, likely on a trek to Houston, if he's not already there.

Abby's Caught in the middle, and I believe there's something we're missing. Some piece that ties everything together. The "6 49" clue had to have been relevant to something, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.
