Contemplating going to Jones Beach, although it is on the wrong side of Long Island...

In the letter on the wall, Mark is asking Phil to visit the California location (which I will most CERTAINLY be at, camera ready and waiting ^_^), and that he would be at the New York one...I wonder if that means there will be actors at these places portraying their respective characters?

That was my guess but it seems unlikely if they will be giving away swag there, but seeing mark would be really cool.

Hey, there is a new message on the answering machine from celeste the french woman, she is says that she will cover the beach in france, If you read the letter on the left side of the map, where mark asks Phil to contact peolpe, i think the creators are expecting the fans who go to the beaches find something take a picture of it and possibly send it in, i may be completely wrong but by looking at the fan letters makes me believe you can send your pictures.

I can't justify a 10 hour trip with the chance that this might be a hoax. I'm betting that *something* will happen since the admins have moved this discussion group from "News and Rumors" to "ARG". I think we're legitimate now...

I just wanted to see what everyone else thinks. So far from what I have read, most people believe it will be at 2700 Neilson, but to me, I am not sure that makes sense (the coordinates fit, but what in the world does it have to do with the ocean/Rapture)

I have never before in my life wanted to be in two places at once more than I will on Saturday (The beach/2700). I will be there, camera ready, but if I am in the wrong places, gamer tears shall be shed.

I'll be there too so we can get 3 vantage points Smile

Plus on google maps the beach is like right next to the buildings at 2700, so i wasn't really too worried...and maybe there will be signs trying to point us where to go? i think it would be too cruel to give us just the general area and not more specific directions once we got there.
