First off, hello I'm new here. Thought I'd join seeing how this specific topic really interested me when I came across it this afternoon.

Anyways, I couldn't help but notice that under Companies it says "KY-4047_ |7730-HC1-522694" and I thought maybe that the KY was a very blatant clue that leads us in the direction of Kentucky. Seems a bit too obvious seeing all the info we are given and that all of you have found was not so obvious. I have no clue, just pointing that out I suppose.

EDIT: Also, I know someone else mentioned it already, but I too believe that the dates under Occupation are the dates of the so called "murders" and what would seem to be an upcoming murder.

EDIT #2: According to someone on /x/, "4047 is the beginning of the zip for richmond ky." So I get the feeling it is Kentucky, though the Nebraska idea seems possible as well.

well, i am new at this and have not taken it to the level you have, but in the hopes that simplicity might help, i took the numbers i heard:

"41772231798172443"

from my own cleanup and essentially turned them into coordinates:
"41.77..." , -"98.17..."

I then entered them here http://www.boulter.com/gps/

and got a location in nebraska, which since the vast majority of the world either does not speak english, is not likely to have working internet, does not have the time/familiarity with technology to do this, is covered with water, etc.etc. seemed a very unlikely coincidence (eg england, populated canada, and the US, arent overly likely to turn up when random coordinates are picked)

I realize that I have taken a couple liberties (eg i made the second coordinate negative, i did not cut the string exactly in half to get coordinates because there is a seven right in the middle) but would love feedback/possible follow up. I am also thinking that maybe there is something to the repeated numbers 4, 7, and 2.

Given the limited hints/evidence we were given the coordinate thing makes sense to me, if not at least it is a new angle for the numbers.

I do not have a good way to cross-reference homicides/suspicious deaths around the given dates to play around with what exact coordinates to use, so i can't do much to confirm or take this theory further.

This post seems a bit scattered and sloppy but i am too tired right now to edit.

 		I took the full rip from snorkle256 back here. Audacity tweaks=speed 35, Amp-10. At this point, this is what I hear (Im not concentrating on the numbers here).

57: "I am a murderer"...
107-115: "You wont know who they are, their name, my name"...
120-135: "I am a murderer, I live in Kentucky -there is no crying here"...
142-155: "You will not find out who I am, you will not find out if (they found me), I am a murderer"...

Note: Im less sure of what is stated in the brackets. Also: As you can hear, there is allot more going on convo wise in that audio. At this point I wish I knew how to manip it better Sad

@The Count of Tuscany: I agree with you on Kentucky.
@Rev_g00d: I also think that the the occupation dates may be murders hes committed.

theres my shot at the audio. im kind of upset, because im getting the impression theres different speeds on different sections, overlapping. i also think theres some non-reversed samples embedded in the reversed samples. i ALMOST think whoever made this fucked the audio up too much to be able to recognize whats going on. anyway, have at it.

I'll take a listen to your audio in the morning. Falling asleep at the moment.

 		The video, also i ran into this and started decoding alot of it rather fast on /x/ then was told of this thread, i now feel behind, give me a challenge, im bored of life and either want to solve a problem like this or create one, and my thirst is being quenched. Bwahahaha this is cool.

EDIT: ok its slowing down, its 6:30 am here and its just.. im tired. the video really sparked my interest, and when i wake up i hope to see a challenge for me Very Happy ill try to get something out of what you guys have, but i refuse to do the audio, just.. argh... i dont want anything to do with audio.

 		In response to 'newhere's theory, 41.77N by 98.17W does indeed point to Nebraska. However like he said he didnt actually split that number-line in half. Plugging 41.77N by 79.81W (exactly halfway through the string) produces a location at the very edge of a treeline in Pennsylvania. Looks quite remote as well. Probably nothing but I thought it was worth mentioning..

to figure out WTF this means

I'm assuming that KY-4047_ is reference to Kentucky, zip code beginning in 4047 like Aladar posted Richmond, Renfro valley, or Ravenna. The rest of is is delicious mystery.
