It could just mean that when Robin moved to a hotel txkkxt lost him for a bit and now he's found him again. Although fox hunts generally end with the fox being ripped limb from limb by te dogs or being shot by the riders.

He doesn't just say that the fox hunt is over, but also that he's won. I don't think we were ever aware of his true intentions, were we? I mean, he was obviously stalking Robin, but if he had wanted to kill him, he had plenty of chances to do that already. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but I have a bad feeling...

Not sure if this is a coincidence, but I looked up 'Watson', Sherock Holme's partner/assisstant, and got Watson Pharmaceuticals I figured that this mightbe significant, since txkkxt went to the chemist, but it looks OOG.
