As one of the two leaders of the Sab Team, you are one of my most important allies. It is essential that your team maintain the highest level of secrecy.


As we know, the Party is keeping close tabs on the Grotian Underground, though they may act as though we are just a minor inconvenience. To throw them off, we need to create diversions.


The current goal of this team is to invent a leader and a faction of the GU that will throw them off our path. Name him or her whatever you like, and make it clear that he or she lives in the Zone. Right in the heart of the Party's district. The leader should be very strong and charismatic, and he or she should feel intimidating to Party members as they search for someone who doesn't exist.


I am very optimistic about this team, and I hope you understand that the entire Underground relies on your work. More from me later.

The primary goal of this team is to invent an easy-to-learn language for the Grotian Underground to use. The members of the movement may speak in English as normal, but when important information is being discussed in an open forum, this language will prove to be essential. The secondary goal of this team will involve spreading the word and the importance of the GU to others on the Internet or in real life. You should openly share your attempts to spread this news, as the activity may encourage the same energy in others. The more ranks we have, the stronger we can be.

sure! just make sure you'll write an e-mail to both Melvin and Selvin (so they got your addresses), then choose a team to be on, join it on ning and send the group info to Selvin. should be all in the thread Smile

Selvin asked the Communications Team to develop a secret language for those times when it may be needed. Per Dusty's suggestion we've decided to use Al Bhed http://albhed.netfirms.com/ plus another code for an added layer of security. It will likely be ROT http://www.unfiction.com/resource/rot-it/ to start. I've tasked PinkCloud (thank you!) to let everyone know weekly what the additional code will be.

I'd also like to continue using uF for most communications because everyone can access it from work, etc.

ETA: Anyone who'd like to make suggestions for getting more people to join the cause, all ideas are welcome and thank you!

hello everyone!
this weeks ROT will be ROT7.

this means:
if you have an English text, then translate it first into Al Bhed, and then use ROT7.
If you have our lingo, do ROT19, and then translate it back to English via Al Bhed.

I'd be happy to assist if things don't work.

 		Getting the word out
case and I were talking about how to get the word out to get more people to join. I do some graphic design, and I could make up flyers to be printed out and distributed around our communties. Also, posting bulletins on MySpace, Facebook, and any other social network you're apart of might not be a bad idea. Thoughts?
