Something was done wrong somewhere. I know it was "figured out" but the PM said himself that we "incorrectly answered a number of my codes"

I'm not doubting the skills of anyone on here but until we step forward we have to assume we did something wrong.

Still no update on em numbers?

Perhaps 'not right only' is referring to the audio. Most people reversed the audio, so there could possibly be something with the audio unreversed.

The audio is several different clips.
Some of it is reversed some of it not..
The pitch frequency has been greatly distorted to the low end.. I increase the pitch frequency to about 180-220 and it helps out.

Is it possible that in the letter, he's giving us the one we screwed up, but just another way to decode it? Like the Bible one for instance it became:
i AM RUNNING, i WILL NOT GIVE UP. DO NOT LOOK FOR BODIES THEY ARE WITH ME. i AM GOD.
if it says something about "I am running" in the audio... could this be something in the audio he wanted us to hear? I don't know because honestly, with everyhting else going on in all of the other ARG's I'm playing, i haven't taken the time to look at the audio at all on this one yet.

I think I might have found one of the codes... no clue what to do with the other.

has all those modifiers right?

converts it to a 3 layer puzzle

add that to the previous and you get a few more choice anagrams

Both codes don't have the same formula. That's why he made the arrows different in each one.
Assuming that I worked out correctly the first one (1962 or 1967), the second one maybe gives a month and a day, so from each number we should get only one digit, that makes sense to me, since the double arrow he uses seems to say 'merge into one but not in the same way as the first code'. Remember, the first code has the arrow in the middle of both digits. Still trying to work out other meanings though.
