I looked in my cache of browser and found the sound file which is playing sometimes in observation room - Russian voices.

Here is small transcript as far as I could understood it.
There is one dominant person (call him DP), who is verbally atacking another, passive mumbling person (call him mp). mp is trying to justify himself, but this poor guy haven't guts for it.
