I too received this email. The bottom of my email includes a link to the hospital website, as well as a quick message from their IT department about a computer virus.

Just had a Google Chat with our primary contact, OPSmith. It wasn't very informative, and we had talked in the chatroom about playing our cards close, so I didn't give him too much info either.
What was gleaned:
Rhea is OPSmith's wife.
He had worked hard to cover up some aspects of his life, which included unknown facts about him and Rhea.
He took it pretty hard that her email address uses her maiden name.
He's being contacted by multiple people, probably including TEDO

I responded to Rhea's email, claiming to be Abie's husband and Tylean's son-in-law (assuming those assumptions are correct). Her reply did not confirm their identities.
New facts:
Tuesday Aug25 will be a key day for those two, a "Mental Health Tribunal Hearing" will make a big determination about them. They are currently diagnosed with Folie a Deux, a mob-hysteria kind of thing with Tylean as the source. She asked for info about their history before they came to the hospital, obviously that's not going to happen lol.
Weapons were found in their possession. That's so bizarre that it makes me question the guess that it's Abie and Tylean, unless TEDO planted it to try to keep them incarcerated as "a danger to themselves and others."
