I was thinking that he just sent that to her via email, and she posted it to her blog. I didn't even think about that. I hope not...

DreamoftheRood said in the other thread that he received word from a reputable source that the Ubiquasoft game will be set on hold for a period of time. I think the consensus is that the PM took on a bit more than he/she could handle Smile

On a related note, we have a new blog post from jessica.

Not very helpful, is it?

So, she's dead?

Yup. He got access to her account and posted a victory message. Now, we have two leads: the email address and the investigator. It's sorta coming down to a game of cat and mouse....

Haha, hopefully. I have to say, this game seems to be moving pretty slowly, especially only at one update/email a day. I mean, I realize that RL trumps ARG, but come on! Haha.

Doesn't surprise me much, seeing as the pm(s) tried to launch at least two games at the same time...

Maybe they should focus on making one of those worth your time, instead. Then again, I guess this is not my type of game. There seems to be a lot of RPG-type games around. I can't judge, because it doesn't appeal to me. Unless something else is involved, like a made-up language. Wink
And I can't get into Twitter. Chat is just more fun to me. Twitter feels one-on-one. Neutral

Maybe you can guess the keyword, already. But it seems like you have to play along, watch the victim die, then get a clue for the next door. True, this is only the second victim, maybe you need to gather something from each little story, until you find a way to impact the story. Nicholas seems way too slow and vague in his responses. As he drags along to the new one, perhaps he can help to save someone at some point.

Do we know what time this was posted on her blog? I notice that you added this at 20: somthing (my time).

I got a response to me e-mail from her

BUT I got this at 19:58, so this would suggest to me she is still alive?

I have sent her another e-mail asking if she is still ok and if she was the one that put the post on her blog. I'll keep you posted

I'm not sure when that was posted, but I put it here as soon as I saw it. Judging by the fact that there haven't been any updates to her tumblr yet, and she has a history of updating at least once every two days, I'm thinking that tkxkxt already got her. Sad

I enjoy the RPG elements of the games that I play. I guess it's just cause I tend to be better at communicating with people than I am at solving puzzles, haha. But to be honest, this game doesn't really seem like it has much of either. The main puzzle is dangled in front of our face, with no apparent method to obtain the solution. Our objectives (to save txkkxt's victims and catch him) are clearly there, but no matter what we try, we never seem to be able to get closer to achieving either one of them. The character interactions are brief and generally meaningless. I think that it's very likely that something unforeseen came up on the PM's side, and he/she has lost a lot of free time that he/she expected to have. At least, I hope that's the case. If not, this was a particularly poorly planned game.

In either case, I'm rather disappointed. I really liked how this started, and I think that it has a lot of potential to be really neat if it picked up a bit. Just my two cents... haha.

Hey guys, finally caught up on everything. I like all of this so far, but does it seem things have taken a slight break for now?

Referring to what hexDa3m0n was asking earlier, perhaps txkkxt just has access to her twitter, and hasn't actually killed her, which would explain the time overlap.

On the other hand, it's then likely that Jessica would have posted something since then along the lines of "I didn't type that!".

Yeah, she's probably dead. Never mind.

Lost this thread for awhile. Didn't realize the name changed and I ended up missing victim #2. Hope we can save the next one.

I was looking over Jessica's blog, and when I came across the picture of flowers. I wanted to see it in full size, so I clicked it, but managed to get sent to another tumblr blog:

http://shutupkristin.tumblr.com/

Not sure if that's any help in finding the third key, but it's all I could find.

Coffee When you link on pics at tumblr they generally take you to a generic "tag". So, thanks MisterMalign, and keep looking.

I'm still looking as I had high hopes we'de catch that psycho Txkkxt. The beaut, creative graphics still catch my eye.

I've been away a little while...
I'm just about to start the task of reading the thread...I hope I didn't miss any wiki or anything!

Ok I've caught up...Seems there were some confusing moments there for a little while.

So nothing on the 3rd Key yet I guess...

Hey, new to ARGing here, so tell me if im going wrong anywhere. Gonna register later but unable to while at work Razz

Anyway, to me there are too many questions left unanswered in this.

1) Who is this person killing people, and why is he doing it?
2) Are the people targeted picked at random, or are they connected somehow? Does he know any of them?
3) Where and when is this all happening? Have the 2 deaths so far been in the same town/area or in different countries altogether? Have they happened in the same time period were in (days) or was there a time skip between door 1 and door 2?

I think we need to start asking more questions of him before we open each door, it may help us in the long run.

Not sure if my next stuff is game related or not, so i'll put it in spoiler tags Razz

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
To me, the killer in this whole story reminds me alot of the Zodiac killer mixed with some kind of stalker. He has his own signature (Rock through the window). He is always quite arrogant when he speaks to us, saying that he will never lose to us, and that he cannot be caught. He also seems to view this as more of a sport or game (victory thing again) which suggests he gets a sense of pleasure from terrorising his victims this way. And he always leaves us clues in code (albeit a very week one) in very much the same way the Zodiac did. Ramblings over Razz

Just my 2 pence worth. Lemme know what you think Wink

Wow! Crazy couple of days IRL. Caught up on the thread now.

The only connection so far I can see is that both victims have been new social media users... It was Robin's first time on Twitter, and it was Jessica's first time blogging.

All three of thw games I'm playing at the mo are slow at the moment and I have horrible feeling they're all going to get fast paced and confusing all at the same time! Don't be surprised if I end up posting DPR answers in this thread Shocked
