 		ok so here's the write-up for our token hunt from organelle.

lie.fromsf and I started out with this post:

and found that the source of the quote came from this site:

using the 'white crane' phrase we were able to gain access to this site:

following this first clue we were able to find the White Crane Spring Community Garden ( http://www.yelp.com/biz/white-crane-springs-community-garden-san-francisco ):

there we were able to locate the "Dangerous Snake and Reptile Clb":

and look under the brick entrance to find the next clue:

This spoke of following 7th ave north toward Golden Gate Park. We would then come across The Twins on the left hand side:

We continued into GGP until we saw two diamonds: baseball diamonds. between them at the top of the hill was a large Eucalyptus tree. To the right were some bleachers and underneath the first from the bottom on the left most side was the next clue:

This told us to continue past the tree and up a dirt path where we would find a bunch of white rough-cut rocks:

Wherein lay a piece of bark or wood the size of a mans hand:

Underneath which was a 'map' left by the Druids:

The map was a box which had a number of items inside that included the Token:

The box itself had some strange letters on the lid:

Unfortunately we don't know how to proceed from here. letter #3 promised a map but instead we got a box with a series of letters on the lid and we have no idea how or if this fits with the 'arrange them in a circle. count in spirals' clue given in a previous post and on letter #3

Although I am currently recuperating from recent [text error] in a state of tU&9JuA, and find myself indisposable, in general, majestic events are certainly at hand. I am improved to see such cooperative activity amongst our growing family/families. Also, it is egg cell ent that the caché has been successfully retrieved

]how long the trail might last in the field due to temporal and atmospheric transience[. Clearly, the map was the little spiral that led you to the sIGHt. My commendations to each of you, and those who worked behind the scenery, particularly UP & SH. (Arise! Quietly!)

signs now, everywhere... the coins ≥ signs came the other night as unbeknownst to me, friendly operatives strove together to unlock the (little) way, and signs were made to me that this was happening…

the remaining two (hrm...3? strange, these coins) into circulation soon? circumstances (my stance within the many circles/cycles) permitting. There are other matters soon to be at hand which will certainly demand more of us than we may yet be prepared to imagine.

Backwards windows, little mercury. You can't see through a backwards window. Something shines through it, into our world, into us!

(In fact, Ever, maybe if you want to make another thread documenting this small timewaster, it might be beneficial to some of the new guys)

has anyone actually been to the Hip Hop Shoe Repair shop? i was thinking about finding a pair of old hoppin' sneakers and trekking over there sometime between those wee morning hours... hmmm

There's two addresses listed for it -- on is on Mission and one is on Valencia. We have reasons to believe it's actually the newsstand on Valencia.

here's what i can get from it:

italic letters are my best guess from what i can see from the bleed through and what i think might be in context. i tried to keep the transcript aligned like the letters are in the note so as to keep the spacing.

good find. most of the images on the blank pages are bleed through of drawings/writing of the opposite side of the page or see through to the next/previous page. this text is typed, not had written, and is coming from a piece of paper that isn't included in the journal.

attached is the page zoomed in and flipped

ALSO: upon closer inspection we can see page 65 through page 63 at the end. it says, in large bubble graffiti letters, "EVA WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THOSE DELTA PARTICLES?"
