No Mertans Foundation through Google, no Tetranacci Road in Appleton, WI., and the tetranacci search revealed this - http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=401+tetranacci+road&aq=f&aqi=&fp=e7e374c314de6a77.
I do believe you have found something interesting.

Keep clicking on magic stomach and it gives you a wierd video and asks you where houdini was buried. He was buried in Machpelah Cemetery 8230, Cypress Hills Street Flushing, New York.
Think it could be a drop?
Also, source codes? you guys should do it the old fashioned way and solve the puzzles

I just looked at this and there are many blip.tv flicks & pages from the same IP associated in the src. Looks like a reboot to me -of this:

Heres a wiki (btw, it looks like some content on the associated pages were updated recently, but I haven't looked into it any further):

[edit - not really a spoiler - we have no idea what you are talking about so we all have to open up the box anyway, it's more like a spec. so I unspoilered this. kona]

some sort of voice in reverse; turn up the volume if you can't hear it. it's there.

[edit - spoiler tags are for puzzle solves. if there is no information in your post about what is behind the tag then we all have to open it anyway. so there is no point in using the spoiler tag. thanks - kona]
