Yeah, I registered to avoid doing what I just did.

Anyway, I've played around with that possibility and haven't found anything useful. The closest I got to anything even remotely pronounceable is:

Kummnseoru/ooustmwy~oruwouscwee~o|3vw4gmq}x{uski>}2u~nmouö>wwowvwzx~ofwwkw3}.~oew>s2{vsmz{|cw{}yj}4e.~w~w}ëw{}m~{u{c+~c}7}oww&>sw;sognt{to*yrgo~nngwolw~0ro}g~of}uo}km|ww'{0{|cn}kfo~o«yr}~n|/w}yn/ooo{~gz{~g?qwyusg7o.}o~:ugm8ow{~m/yje?oK·yltsun|owmsumw|o}§sgsk+~o>29w}çoy||wci|{o}0ås=mz}o1oovur}hu}{uswswww?*{{tiz{|{z{8uvoonKn6ygugr"

I'll dig around some more, but I think that's likely a dead end.

What does it mean?

This phrase is rather pointless and incorrect (speaking about gramar).

Translation: "I don't want to die, not yet". Looks like a prompt or google primitive translation. That's not funny.

Yeah, it translates exactly from Babelfish.

some dialogue between Junko/Diyne and an OOG player:

Arisa Itami 「すべてが計画通り行く予定です。」
Junko Junsui
完璧。)))))
Diyne Seteney
ЖЕНСКОЕ НАЧАЛО ПОБЕДИТ!

translation:

Arisa Itami Everything is going according to scheduled plans.
Junko Junsui
Perfect.
Diyne Seteney
FEMALE BEGINNING WILL CONQUER! (couldnt think of a good wording for this, so left it as is, should be easy to get the meaning, though)

What stuff? What are you talking about?

kadomony, «the female profound force will prevail» is the more correct translation from Russian.

It could be a simple repeating pad, you never know. Try doing an additive/subtractive or heck, even a bitwise transform on the coded text using that string as a repeated pad.

It could also be a polyphonic cipher. The ciphertext alphabet seems broad enough to support it.

That is, there could be several ciphertext characters per plaintext character. A simple polyphonic cipher might look like this:
Code:
(plain=ciphercipher)
a=ab  b=cd  c=ef  d=gh  e=ij
f=kl  g=mn  h=op  i=qr  j=st
k=uv  l=wx  m=yz  n=AB  o=CD
p=EF  q=GH  r=IJ  s=KL  t=MN
u=OP  v=QR  w=ST  x=UV  y=WX
z=YZ

The plaintext would be case-insensitive, and you could choose either ciphertext character, preferably at random. So SECRET might be enciphered as KifJjM.

(I tried to suggest this earlier, but did so in a vague and inaccurate fashion.)

Unfortunately, polyphonic ciphers can be fairly difficult to break, particularly if the ciphertext alphabet is several times larger than the plaintext one (in this case, it seems to be two to three times larger), and if common letters are given more alternatives (E might have 6 or 8 possible encipherments, while Z might have only two or one -- or even zero, if it will never occur in the plaintext).

The ciphertext does seem long enough for statistical analysis, though.

I guess this is too complicated. There wasn't any thing that would require such skills so far.
