Actually...

Besides the embedded message, is there actually anything wrong with what Ilsa did?

It's not a gamejack: they're using the game's content!

It's not a fabrication or a deception; it's using what's already out there. It just makes it easier to view the feed, it seems: don't have to go through the fake Google page, don't have to worry about moving the mouse, you can view it at the office 'cause it has no sound, etc...

It's no different than taking the video and posting it on YouTube, in my opinion.

Actually (and I hate to contradict you here NH) but it definitely was a jack. They didn't record it and show it elsewhere. They were actually stealing bandwidth. And that means they are attacking a resource meant to be distributed to all players. Its essentially like siphoning gasoline and to no good purpose. It could easily end this before schedule.

Bandwidth of this type is actually quite expensive. If they were being ludic and IG it would be one thing. But clearly the message that was found indicates they were fucking with the PM. That is why I sent everything I know about it to the PMs and am continuing to watch.

Enough with the breaking swfs and stuff. Obviously that's not where the clues are as we have yet to find one legitimate clue that way (correct me if I am wrong). Sick and tired of people being gay and trolling so much and then crying afterwards. How about putting your brains to something constructive or analytical?

Who trolled and cried afterward? Just curious as to where you got that from.

Uh, I didn't ask who told you that, I asked where you got it from.

And I didn't troll anyone, once again, you need to check your facts.

This will be the last time I bring the topic up...

So if I were to record all the feeds and post them for free on YouTube, you think they'll be OK with that? I mean, I'll be saving them a truckload of bandwidth then!

For the record, I've seen the source to the new page... it goes to the exact same video feed the fake Google one does. It even apparently uses a relay to pull their XML configuration file from their server. If you want to get picky, its existence is not creating more bandwidth... it's actually creating LESS because it doesn't have the fake Google front end.

That page is no different than someone going to the "in game" page and bring up the feed the old way.

I'll save further commentary for my blog. Let's drop this subject and move on.

Uh... OK... so where do we move on to?

That's...a good question, actually. We seem to have hit a dead end. The only thing we can do is wait for Diana to stop being so damn outgoing.

Junko has clearly stated that the game won't go on until the "live feed" with the embedded message is taken down.

Just sayin'.

Where did she say that?

I think I've been blocked from Junko's profile on FB for several days, mind you... I thought she'd deleted it.

I sent her a message, trying to sound as much IG as possible, asking about that link, and she answered me that the game won't progress until it's taken down.

Maybe tell the abuse email that the site makes copyright violations or so.

Why is Junko trying to herd cats?

As if any of you can really take responsibility for anyone else's actions.

Amirite?

By the way, have you seen this: http://www.alfa-tsentr.ru/prov/bandwidth.jpg (to see it, copy it to your address bar and press enter). It was found by experimenting, but doesn't seem to make any sense as well.

Exactly. Junsui is an odd one. Even though the secret message feed was clearly made by one of these butthurt bitchfitters who have apparently "stepped back and don't want anything more to do with the game", she won't let those of us who actually want to play along continue.

The "Alexandria accident" mentioned there is last year's news:
