Sorry, but I have another opinion/feeling about this.
After the "Do not trust the UNFORUM people" UF was never again accused as the whole community.

The other attacks were mainly against Diss or Jeff . I am still not sure if Diss is the same person or if his accounts had been hacked (which I doubt).
And this Jeff did not play nicely in my opinion. So if they attack him this does definitely not mean for me they attack us.
Don't get me wrong. I do not like how they acted in many ways but I also do not like the way Jeff acted. So for me this is a "private" war not related to uF.

Did you know that I was attacked for no reason? Just for posting about the game in a community I was a part of a long time before this game came around?

How did I act that was so bad? These idiots came to a place where I felt comfortable posting freely and decided that they didn't like what I was posting, so they in turn posted personal information about me all over Facebook and 4chan.

In that situation how is one supposed to react? There was (and still is) a fake MySpace made under my name trying to make me IG. I received harassing e-mails and people signed up to 5/8 with my real name, trying to troll and harass me.

You expect me not to be pissed off? Be realistic.

He orchestrated an attack on both one of my servers and 5/8. In the 24 hour period after the post mentioning my server was made, there were over 300 attempts to log in on SSH from around 50 different IP addresses. Normally I'll get one bruteforcer who tries about 20 logins a day. I've since started blocking requests permanently after 3 failures. There were also three separate denial of service attacks on my server farm during this period.

In working with the owner of 5/8, I discovered that the number of failed logins in the 24 hour period after the post asking that the 5/8 thread be dealt with went from around 50 a day to over 3767 in a 24 hour period. This doesn't even start to talk about the DDoS attempts. 5/8 has instituted the same login policy that I have.

Say whatever you want, but the fact remains that both of our auth.log files correlated with the evidence at hand (his posts) is enough to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he was organizing cybercrime and potentially land him two felony counts of computer misuse.

Edit: If you're wondering why I was so specific about 3767, that is because that was at the time that we last checked the number of brute force attempts in that time period. It is probably over 4000 now.

Pretty sure that it's clear at this point that the PM could be slammed for a variety of federal offenses. If you're so pissed off, Diss, why don't you go to the FBI about it?
