 		We most likely wouldn't need a program for that, just write it down on a grid and then lay one on top of the other.

I also just feel that J isn't tell us something. Like the fact he left a comment on SH's page shortly before his disappearance and not thinking this wouldn't be of relevance. He's never gonna be straight cuz I don't even think he realises what he's doing himself.

Maybe I'm trying to read him too much like a person than a character. Maybe I'm over analysing whats not really there and letting my imagination run wild.

Whoa, maybe you're not overlooking things, if I could see pictures of characters, or talk to them in person, I'd be able to read them pretty well. (Good for spy-type ARGs)

If it weren't for wild imaginations, I don't think there would be a Slender Man to obsess over!

I share your pain on the editing knowledge, nor do I have grid/graph paper Dunce .
But, what I DO have, is a spare hour during someone's naptime and I am armed with stickey notes and scissors! I will let you know if my primitive skills find anything. Smile

GRID PAPER MAN!! Thank goodness, we thought you'd never come. After many a wasted stickey, I decided to get smart and tape a clear page cover over my screen and copy over the words, but.. Bang Head nothing. Yet.

Edit: oops! maybe this stuff should be on the other threads for the totheark vids....

1 thing to keep in mind though which I dnt know if grid paper will be of any use... The //////'s flash and changes shape so there could be an issue with that. :/

 		I can take snapshots of the videos and then stack the images on top of each other in Photoshop or GIMP. That way it'll be more precisely aligned. Anything at this point for some progress or closure in this ARG. I live in a wooded area, and well... let's just say it's hard to sleep when you're looking at the window to make sure none of the trees are Slender Man. Yes, I know it's a game, I know Slender Man was created by SA, but ARGs do this to me Shocked

Just realized something interesting that may corroborate this theory, don't know if the suggester originally said this; the slash markings blink eight times, and the blocks of text shown in totheark's videos (not including "WATCHING YOU", as that text block is the only one that moves):

Eight blocks of text. So I'm going to post the pics of each slash pattern overlayed on its corresponding text block, to see if anyone can discern some sort of connection.

EDIT: Okay, finished. Haven't tried to find a clue yet, but here's the pics if any of y'all want to try.

 		Didn't someone get a reply from J recently that he had been trying to find any possible blogs Alex might have written? Since we haven't had any new recent info from either J or tohteark maybe that's where we need to be looking.

Or maybe another ARG of mine's imploding.

So, I'm new here (in this arg) and i noticed, that we are not moving any further...so i tried to overlay the 15*15 (the bigger one) "field" of slashes and the smaller one (12*12) and put there the letters from operator video. My goal was to find all the letters which are in the small area between 12*12 field and 15*15 field. I don't have any good program for that, so i might be wrong, but i found just three letters - LET. Don't know, if this is helpful in any way, but i hope, that at least the overlay thing is a good way to find something new.
