Thank you very much for helping us, Rose, and kudos to all for solving the puzzle(s). Now that Arcas explained the 'blue eyes' part, I'm feeling dumb for not seeing it myself.

I never had a deposit box so I don't know how they 'work'. Is it possible that we need to find a key (#1784) - like the one on Daniel's desktop - and use it on box number 230963, or are those boxes secured with combination locks and the combination for box #1784 is 230963?
