[Trailhead?] The Institute for Human Continuity

I saw this while watching Verminators on Discovery Channel. It was a TV commercial, and it sounds like it's for the movie 2012. However, the website feels so... ARGish. Maybe it isn't anything but a publicity stunt, but it looks pretty interesting. Here's the URL, for people interested.

http://www.instituteforhumancontinuity.org

Also, when I tried to sign up for my "lottery ticket" (which is how they decide who gets to travel and live while the Earth burns up), it told me there was an error, but I noticed the counter tick up by one right after I submitted. Is this part of the flavor, or is it really an error? Anyone else care to try?

Edit:

Found some other related websites along the bottom right corner.

http://www.thisistheend.com/ (This just completely reeks of ARG.)
http://www.farewellatlantis.com/ (Not so much... can anyone confirm if this is a real book or not?)

Trout We already have IHC as an ARG here, with its own forum.

ANd just a reminder, if you think you've found something, best to first (search) the forum to see if it's alread been reported (and try variations of keywords or names too Wink )
