Another player in this game OK so I did some snooping on Alexander Dubrovin who had that chat with a player in this game and sent an email to another. I have a possible connection, remember those weird videos we found about events taking place roughly around 1905? Well googling Alexander Dubrovin you find a page about the "Black Hundreds" this came about in the same time and is also supposedly a historical Russian figure. I am searching for more on the "Black Hundreds" to make sure it is historical or actually a part of this game. It is in fact a historical event but could the Alexander Dubrovin who contacted people have some connection to this figure or is his name some sort of symbolism because of it?

Some of the wiki links i posted in relation to the name Roman Asef (spelling?) had ties to the Black Hundreds but I didn't research further.

It turns out the black hundreds were a counter revolutionary movement that wanted to re-instate the Autocracy. I can't see a connection to the game just yet but maybe something will come up, Alexander hasn't really appeared since those two conversations so who knows what his role is

Has anyone emailed Dubrovin on the suspicious lyrics in the Junsui's now deleted myspace page?
I have done so now and await a response, under the name of Zato Ichi, I am also trying to gain access to the men of taste facebook group

Just received an e-mail from Dubrovin. Thinking it was a troll or auto-responder I wrote that I received a profane Facebook e-mail from the Junsui. He promptly responded:
Quote:
That is interesting Mr. --.
Did the e-mails have any file attachments?
(we strongly recommend NOT opening e-mails from the terrorists as they are known to employ malicious computer viruses).
Would you mind forwarding an example of said e-mail?
Regards,
A. Dubrovin

another reply from Dubrovin about the mp3s on the Junko Myspace page:
Quote:
It seems many people are focusing on algorithmic analysis. What if its something more analog—something akin to Schumann's messages in his music to Clara?
There are already code breakers at Alfa-Tsentr checking via latest high bit encryption. I just cannot escape the suspicion that we're missing something more obvious.

I leave the finer things to other people, but I have contacted him regarding the Black Hundreds and any possible communication between Him, and Alfa-Tsentr to the black hundreds, his reply was
Mr. Ichi
Your observations and suspicions have merit and I applaud your consistent efforts but I wonder if there is something more obvious that we're missing? I apologize for the brief response as I have been flying quite a bit more as of late. Stand the course and let us talk again very soon.

Hey guys - just a suggestion. It's easier to read the emails from characters (or posts on their websites) if they are bracketed with the [quote] tags. Makes them stand out from your own comments.
Thanks!

Hi, first time poster here, been lurking for quite a while now though.
Maybe this might give some insight here:

Weren't there already a pianist and a guitarist somewhere here going this way with it?
Even the possible typo in Ichi's e-mail is mentioned.
