Reading about noc1; it seems that it's what creates locomotive filaments in eukaryotic cells.
Interesting that it's close to the endoplasmic reticulum.

Maybe A-T is doing bioweapons testing on them, or maybe the ARE the bioweapons. Attracting people to kill through facebook, etc. Femme fatales!

 		Here's a question I still have.

We've figured out the coordinate puzzle, BUT there's still numbers we haven't talked about in the coordinates.

Each location has a 3 letter abbreviation for the name, followed by a number (1, 3, or 5) and then the coordinates.

What do the numbers after the letters mean?
School numbers? Station numbers?

That's not his feed, it's Alfa-Tsentr's or made to look like it. Dubrovin is under the assumption that it's a propaganda site set up by the Junsui to transmit messages securely in a public area. I'm inclined to agree with him after all the evidence.

If it's Alfa-Tsentr's, then he should be able to figure out what it means, no? MoT is in charge of Alfa-Tsentr, and Dubrovin is, I assume, high enough in MoT to know that (or ask someone who does).

And if it's the Junsui's feed, then how are they getting video from Alfa-Tsentr?

 		Can't help but wonder about RF NOC:1

NOC is mostly used to mean Network Operations Centre. Maybe the feed is through whatever the "RF" NOC is?

Or maybe it really means nothing!

Edit: Russian Federation? *shrug*

I was thinking along these exact same lines. Network Operations Center, and it could be either Center #1 or Tier 1 which is a designation given to an operator at a NOC, so it could be the designation for the person sending the broadcast perhaps? Or the location of the center it's being sent from.

Edit: RF Engineer is a job title of a person that would work at a NOC as well.

It's possible they're not. It could be all fabricated video (fabricated in the IG world that is). Take a cute girl and make her seemingly subject to a large corporation. Surely an easy way to gain support for your side.

Then he won't know anything, and we can scratch it off the list.

Side note: Thinking about the NOC1/NSE link, have we tried emailing them about it? Maybe the autoresponder will ignore messages with "NOC1" in the body.
