 		Fake Google / Cam Feed
I'm starting this thread so that it could serve as a place for analyzing what is happening in the cam feed at http://174.133.240.117/ (search for "alfa-tsentr" to view the feed). It would be nice if somebody would create a list about what scenes happen in which videos and at what time (possibly together with screenshots Wink).

Here is the latest collection of the videos which are looped in the cam feed: http://www.mininova.org/tor/2898344 (14 videos, each 1 hour long). They are in flash video format and can be played for example with Media Player Classic + ffdshow (you can get them bundled together from http://www.cccp-project.net/).

The first 7 videos were posted some days ago in the trailhead thread. The new videos c08-c14 appear to mostly contain scenes from the previous videos, but there are some new parts such as she sleeping naked in c08. Quite many of the new videos (c08, c09, c12) show the scene where she writes down something - no idea whether that's something important. Originally there were two (slightly different) note writing scenes in c01 and c03.

Good thinking.

Due to the trailhead being damn massive, it's a good idea to take the main subjects of the situation and just collect them up there. It'll make it alot easier for newcomers as well so they don't have to just read 130 pages of thread.

We should probably do the same for a history of the Junsui... Not current events, but known historical background. I'll start that one now.

 		I just went in there after a friend told me she couldn't access it. I got an empty room three times in a row. As far as I know, with the randomizer, that shouldn't be happening, but I could be wrong. Just making a note of it, and I'll keep trying to see if maybe it's just being glitchy and I'll see her again.

EDIT: Okay, went back and she was there, facing away from the camera. The feed froze about a minute in because my internet cut out, however.
Now I have a question: Is the time supposed to be random, too?

Time is not random, it's local time at the location of the feed.

Time is not random, it's local time at the location of the feed.

Thanks, I wasn't sure.

I'm still pretty new to this and trying to catch up, but it's a little hard what with the trailhead being massive. xD;;

Sorry if I sound stupid, but one more question. Is she usually doing something similar if you go back at close times? Because each time I've opened the feed, she's been standing facing away from the camera. She finally turned around, I'm going back to see if she still is in just a second. I thought that she typically did different things - standing up, then sitting, then in different positions.

 		I should mention again that if the camera is located where the coordinates show, it should actually be in UTC+5 time, not +6.

May be a minor detail, but who knows!

The time and video playback position is based on your own computer's clock. Change the system time on your computer and the video feed will play from a different point (within the currently selected 1 hour long video).

What is randomized is that which of the videos is currently being played. That is determined by the "strname" tag in http://174.133.240.117/config.xml and it changes randomly. But if you download the torrent in this topic's first message, you will get all of those videos, so you are not anymore restricted to the randomness of the original cam feed.

Coords could be the entrance to the facility, or the facility proper if you will. If she is underground she could be considerably far away from that point. I remember from my research that the facility there OOG is supposed to be very large, specifically I remember hearing it was an entire point of long/lat, but I don't know how close the next time zone over is from there so maybe its moot.

It's UTC +6 or Moscow Time +2, no doubt about it. We've got summer time here, lad.

 		Can someone seed the torrent in the OP or let me know where else I can get the videos?

Also, the fake google site doesn't seem to work for me anymore.

I type in 'alfa-tsentr' and it just takes me to a (real) google search for 'alfa-tsentr.'

I talked to a friend and he's getting past the fake google and into the cam feed just fine.

Tried hiding behind a proxy, still couldn't get through.

Could this mean something? Any ideas?

 		Doesn't mean anything. You gotta right click on the fake Google page, click Settings, then click on the folder tab and drag the slider down to 0, then back up to 100 and you can view the feed again.
