Interesting. I seem to remember this coming up in a past ARG, but was found to not be related. I can get to the parliament page, not sure how to get past it.
BTW, the image on that page is part of a "Houses of Parliament" series of paintings by Claude Monet, I think that specific one is called "Sun Breaking Through the Fog."

This is most interesting Well occasionally i go through and find fun games to play...this one is interesting due to the lack of clues. I did notice that he has fun titles in the tabs or the title of the page. It is as if he is having a conversation with you. All we need to figure out is if he wants us to follow directions or find the directions to follow............................................................................................................who knows the history of his painting? that one in particular. What did Monet think of Parliament? It is a dark piece...how does it go with the others in the series? ........are they dark as well? or is it like his cathedral series? Just different styles of lighting....who knows....

Can't get past parliament myself. I tried so many words!
Dunno if this helps anyone, but the titles of the pages are..
"This is not a website"
"hello"
"nothing to it"
"you are above average in intelligence"
"parliament"
Probably doesn't help, but it's kind of amusing.

Ok just playing around with this a bit... since well I gotta a bit of time to kill... I noticed a couple of things.
1. anytime you enter hello on any screen it takes you to the 'hello' screen
2. if you press enter when it tells you and then again on the 'right' screen you get to the 'good' screen. However, if you hit back on you browser it reloads the 'good' screen... and if you back it again it it goes to the 'hello' screen skipping the 'right' screen, then if you hit enter again it takes you straight to the parliment picture.
3. Then there are certain combinations of hitting back on your browser and then enter where it will load the parliment page with the word 'hello' in the text box already there..
4. there are also combinations where if you go back to the hello screen and then hit enter it will take you directly to the parliment picture.
Its probably just some guys test site.... but hey it killed a few minutes.
O and I believe the signature in the parliment pic is just Monet's

Ok, I was intrigued by this site some time ago, since that time site have somewhat changed (i.e. no google redirection, "parliament" phrase removed).
Also, check this http://www.notawebsite.com/n4m/
Same here: http://www.notawebsite.com/images/
Any ideas?
