lol if they found my IP hitting both servers (which starts with a 70), that was my bad.

do you think dubrovin knows who owns the false google site? should we still be attempting to break into it?

If this is all PM's work, then I would assume that he owns all of them, it's logical. The way I figured it.... If PM wanted to push lines of OOG and IG so would I. I had some cyber-warfare analysts take a looksy at his servers and whatnot. no attacks on them, just information that most EXTREMELY well versed computer guys wouldn't know how to access. That's what I referred to when I said that they showed me some shit that blew my mind. It boggles my mind at their capabilities. It definitely would deter me from doing anything stupid with a computer, which is why I don't bother with half of that crap. I just stick to what I know. Analysis.

174.133.240.117 is open on 21 (ftp), 22 (ssh), 80 (obviously).

finger port isn't open which means it's going to be a little difficult coming up with a valid username for port 21.

There are other ports open as well - slow your scan down.

SSH is v2 only, which eliminates some potentials.

Slightly related to Patrick;
I emailed Basil Valentine asking about his relations with Patrick.

Quote:

I find the situation mysterious like you. My friendship with Patrick is providing support. Nothing else.

This Dubrovin, I do not know.

I was not named after alchemist. My father liked Gaddis.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
In addition, his IP address is not the same as Patrick. So, Basil is not Patrick, but is ambiguously IG/OOG.

i'm not trying to ruin the game by brute force hacking my way into a shitty Dreamhost site, hence why i said 'my bad' Smile and yeah, it's all hosted by Dreamhost, which makes me less paranoid about it involving real people. if this was all 'IRL' there's no way any of this crap would be hosted like that.

Crossover post:

So, Mr. Dubrovin pretty much just said to forget about the Korean stuff.
View it as reference material and background data but to NOT TRY TO CONTACT OR DIG DEEPER INTO IT. :p

Let's get working on what we found in the .gif.

Quote:
Mr. XXXX,

Please do have your team cease any close monitoring or decompiling that might lead to detection by the terrorists. It is imperative that Alfa-Tsentr signal not lose these assets.

We are aware of the sensitive political situation between your nation and the DPRK. You have my assurance that we will do our best to minimize this feature of the public discourse in the future. However, be aware that some elements of the media and/or some particularly vocal elements of the uF community (i.e. Mr Flor) might inflame this situation by choosing to discuss it further. Know that we value your help in the course of our investigations and that your work thus far has gained both our esteem and respect.

Regards,
Dubrovin

Wait... I might "inflame" the situation by telling people not to pursue it?

I'm flattered. Only not.

I received Patrick's email that so many other people received a while ago, and I decided to reply to him and ask what he was after. He replied to me with this message:

Quote:
The Truth.

And Her eternal love.

Is there something else?

Maybe all of this Junsui stuff has made our friend Pat a little bonkers. Rolling Eyes

This game is now officially the single most interesting thing I've ever been involved with.

you are quite the noob. there is nothing amazing about connecting a real life thing to a game.

there is nothing amazing about this game really, just something of what the cinema would call exploitation and the crappy arg called Aladygma.

a sad turn of events for args.

Hey there troll. If you really had "enough of this" and desired to write a very "ooc letter" you would know how get ahold of whoever you want to.

stop complaining and go back to lurking, because evidently you can't do that correctly.

Another message from our friend Mr. Marckesano:

Quote:
Junko is not her real name.

Junko is an idea. There are many real sisters, flesh and blood like you and I. Only they haven't had their own voice. Now they do.

Just wait and see. Something big is coming soon.

So there is definitely going to be something big going on.

From great experience, I can say: DON'T BOTHER.

Really.
