Hot damn. Nice find, Roland! Unfortunatly, I'm nowhere near these new axons. These are "secret roadways", eh? Makes you wonder if there's more to them than just being hidden on an unposted page. Can anybody make it to these spots today? The first one happens in about 10 minutes.

I have a hard time believing the washington DC terraserver picture when you map it on mapquest its right across from the white house and this looks nothing like the area.

it would most likely be in the area on the upper left where pen meets 7th nw

See that's what I was thinking, I zoomed out and stuff but couldn't see the white house anywhere. I wonder which is wrong, the coordinates, the link, or the terraserver map. Hmm, a pickle.

I weep for the future.

I weep for the present.

That's not the picture I was talking about.

I've mapped it out on a couple different map sites, here are the results:

Multimap
Mapquest
EarthaMaps

They all seem to point to the corners of Pennsylvania and 17th. I can make links to the other new axons if anybody wants them.

3-4 minute window?

Any ideas what our window of opportunity is for these new coordinates? With the old set it was 3-4 minutes, but now that the times are so spread out...
I hope we have that whole hour, because we definitely missed the original time on the first one. I tried calling a friend of mine in DC but no answer.

No. There are a couple threads with different information on it.

spirals and waves

What immedately struck me when reading the new 404 is the mention of the two spiral staircases in the tower. As referenced in this thread http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=53778&highlight=spiral#53778, the about page used to layout squashed pictures in a spiral shape once the page had loaded.

I remember noticing it at the time, that it looked like a double-helix. I also remember a sine wave on the page...anyway, it seems this would be related to the tower stairs. Discuss?

It's from the new 404 Error. It's the SECRET passageway in the kitchen.
