It seems that there will be no more binary messages for the time being. I have gotten my mailbox, but there is no message located in it.

I guess this means that the Proscript players will need to 'bring [Grotians] to the basement', as per LOTI's email (ref. "Liberating as many Grotians from the Proscription Zone as possible").

I do think you are right, it seems to be where we mus take them. I think we can logically say that LOTI is Phillip Thomas at this point. Don't you agree?
