 		Hi Guys!, i'm a friend of Astrotrain, and I discovered the Bastard Son of Baron Philippe history...

There is something that called my attention... the phrase: "Queremos saber dónde fluye el agua", or "We want to know where the water flows"...
In Dominican Republic, exists a place called "Jarabacoa"... and in "Taino" (The natal lenguage of there), it means "Place where the water flows"...

Maybe, this does not help in much, but I will continue my research...

That's interesting--so far, nothing has led us to the Dominican Republic...although a certain Mr. Dubrovin did fly over the Gulf.

 		Another Hypothesis: In Japan there's such a thing called "Rock Gardens" that basicly are gardens with rocks hehehe.
BUT, in their composition there's a lot of mini-waterfalls or something like that..

maybe some place in japan could it be... maybe not.

If you can.. try to watch the episode 283 of Anime Detective Conan called: "El Misterio del Jardin donde Fluye el Agua"

Omega is a huge fan of this series, maybe he can get something!

Dubrovin also mentioned sending a team to Japan to capture terrorists with PE4, or something along those lines.

 		Well, according to that website about the "bastard child of bordeaux" it says:

My google skills uncovered that Mouton is french for Sheep and Cadet is a youngest brother.

Don't know if this is of any use, but who knows.
