He'd Be Alive Today...
a yes/no mystery game

A professor of mine played this game with me. It took us about an hour to figure it out. You need to submit questions that I can answer Yes or No.

Here is your clue:

He'd be alive today if he had found the sawdust.

Good luck!

Was his death on purpose or by accident?

Would the sawdust prevent his death or lead to the escape from?

Did he die a painful death?

Can I first ask, what course does your professor teach?

As for yes/no questions:
Is it literally sawdust?
Is "the sawdust" a place?
Is it the sawdust trail?
Did his demise have something to do with termites or carpenter ants? Smile

Wild guess:

He was crossing a bridge and didn't notice that someone had sawed through several slats, leaving only a sliver connecting each?

Was the sawdust the remains of a bridge?

Was it being used as an absorbing agent, like when a kid pukes at school?

Did he die by falling an unsurvivable distance?

Was he murdered?

Did the sawdust directly cause his death?

Was he a racer?
Was he a stunt man?
Was he a lumberjack?
Was he a carpenter?
Was he a taxidermist?
