 		I missed one thing:
thedoorisopen.htm has been the first page (as far as I can tell) which has been entirely composed of a single image. The rest appear to have been created with java (IIRC -- I haven't looked through the source code on all of them), to allow them to have links. This new "at the gate" page follows suit. Even if that's just the style of his coding, it shows us which pages to look for changes on.

Great find! This "Welfare and Institutions Code" is from California! So he must be from this state, or was previously here (I'm in LA). And since his descriptions of a coffee house with wi-fi and a storage facility suggest a somewhat larger city - he's most likely in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento or San Diego. Or one of the many outlying towns around there.

if we could find out in the past few days what rec center held a jazz show in cali
we can pin point his location, the storage facility has to be in walking distance and he doesnt have a car by his discribing run off
so hes on foot, the steak house has a patio, which is in walking distance of the rec center . im jambled but these are clues

hes too specific here normaly we get little to no information yea know

With the help of Disza, I found a phone number. I took the modem init from page 6 and used the letter code he's been writing in so, instead of it saying
ATDT C.MEGA
it became
ATDT 717-9115

We figured out the area code would most likely be 909, which is California. I called and got this bizzare voice mail greeting. The lady said she was sorry she couldn't answer, would return call the all of a sudden it sounds like she's reading from a script and she says "I speak life over my brothers and sisters. You are the head and not the tail. Fight for your life. You will prevail. Just believe. God bless you and have a great day".

Cannot be coincidence. But, I left a msg and she calls back and asked where I got the number and I guess I answered wrong becuase she acted like she had no idea what I meant.

But, I googled code 5157 from http://hallucinine.com/change/thepast/
and that's a statute out of CA.....tell me that's a coincidence, right? Any thoughts? I googled the phone number and one site said it came out of LA, one said Ontario, California...
