I could not agree with you more, Sevren. These two programs are, well... "low-end" to say the least. It is entirely possible that StegSpy threw a false positive, or that it detected the wrong program (ie: the image is stegged with something other than Hiderman). What makes the situation particularly annoying is the fact that Hiderman can steg files that... Hiderman can't detect as being stegged with Hiderman. Very sneaky indeed.

I agree that the Vimeo video is of utmost importance at this point, and any work done on the TGA would be to further our progress with the Vimeo password. I would say lets just abandon the image entirely, if it were not for its temporal proximity to our current lock -- Vimeo.

If anyone has other programs they can use on the image, go for it. I think the magnitude of this task is not so great that it will completely distract us from working on Vimeo simultaneously, so lets at least keep it on the back-burner as a possibility.

Yuri's back...

Quote:
You need to be much more thorough. If you let all past assets and intel slip out of memory, then what is use?

Also withholding valuable information from A-T after we make clear requests does not please my commanders. They have lost confidence in this organization as of this point. But we have a serious security breach to contend with. And cooperation was and is paramount.

We have established a new command presence in Shanghai to monitor developing situation here. It seems the terrorists have recruited a very large number of Chinese, most notably gained access to their computers, all nodes within the PRC firewall.

Which is the proper translation, the guest's or Yuri's?

It may or may not be significant, but those coords are exactly due west of the lower part of the temple Mnajdra, which was astronomically aligned. Translation: the line between the two points (the temple and the coords given) is the arc cast by the Sun on the equinoxes. This was of some significance to the builders of the temple, because it faces West. That is, it faces those coords perfectly.

about the steg data, i think its not a false positive, there something weird with the picture, playing with brigthness ants stuff showed me some weird symbols, probably not the message itself but works as proof to assume that the file is actually holding more than we can actually see.

also yuri's ranting about NOT letting past assets and intel slip out of memory, maybe its the same process all over again as with the keys and locks from a previous solved puzzle ?

EDIT stupid executable wont run on my OS, probably because its a 64 bit one.
im almost sure we should work on uncovering the password for the steg data in the TGA before the vimeo one.

Quit wasting your time.

The answers to the odd questions are in the back of the book.

This only happens with the word conception, all the others give the same response each time.

As it's been stated SEVERAL times, it does that for ALL the subdomains, no matter what you put it.

the key and a lock symbol, maybe its referring to the latest TGA we have found, i think we should hurry finding the password in order to obtain the steg data from that damn file !
