No, one way or another it has to be in the National Library as there Duminorov was going to meet someone, as there lays the big Encyclopedias. Any other library wont do. It just has to be the right word, but not just that, the right Encyclopedia, and that's the most annoying thing of all. I just could check up one entire Encyclo very fast, and it was a new one, with plastic sheets... yet the rest are this old tomes of fragile paper.

One thing, in one of the Encyclo (tome 52 in the second floor, ask the guy in the end of the room for it, basti, if) there were two big illustration of the coins and bills from russia. I asumed there was the drop and that someone already took it. But there's still the posibility to look out for "Palacio de la Moneda" in the Encyclopedias

I disagree here (bolded above). What i think it has to be is the "Enciclopedia Espasa"...is this what you saw there?

ESPASA

ESPASA is distributed in CHile by Editorial Planeta Chilena, located in Santa Lucia Street, 360, 7th floor, not far from Palacio de la Moneda

Could be a clue?

At least like 6 Espasa Encyclopedias ;] [maybe more] from different years, with different approach, different number of tomes...

Now... the full name of it is Espasa-Calpe. Just naming it "Espasa" may be a clue or just a crypto-talk?

just an idea

Why not to search for "YAMANTAU" directly on the Espasa?

"ESPASA holds the secret of LITTLE BIRD in YAMANTAU."

Two symbols?

this may turn out to be a massive coincidence but even the path forms a symbol (not sure if i have it right...hard to see on the die).
