Sorry, more unstable forum issues.

I would think that if there is no arg or puzzle component and they put that stuff up there, then people would pretty quickly assume it is just someone's practical joke or something.

So did anyone ever pursue the "clues"? Did anyone figure out how all that matches up with the chapter?

And thanks for posting, Tikkun, as that got us another blog post, and a spiffy new look!

ummm....so what do I do now? I started this thread on what I thought was an arg and a "character" from the arg is now posting on this thread.

That violates the terms of the board, unless it is not actually an arg. but if it is not an arg then we shouldn't even be discussing this here.

And no offense, liminal, it's just that to an outsider, there are a bunch of disjointed sentences and it doesn't make any sense and...

um...

....help?

Just because I posted something on a blog, that makes me a "character"? I think you are jumping to too many conclusions. Maybe you are the "character", and I'm a player - but you don't hear me making accusations like that.

All righty all,

1. SteganosaurusRex made an honest mistake. Found something that believed to be an ARG and posted it here (of course a minor faux pas is that he didn't post first to the thread that we have examining potential rabbit holes before they can be declared as such by anyways).

2. birdmadgil123 and a few others pointed out that this might not really be an ARG.

3. The owner of the website, The Liminal Kid, came on here and posted clarifying that those site are truly not an ARG but his personal musings. SteganosaurusRex apologized for his wording on a post.

There you have it. So there's nothing there and we're good to go. Eventually this thread like many others will be archived. It was a misunderstanding and was resolved. Cheerio. Smile

Thank you, ndemeter. I would just add that by resuming postings and expanding their blogs after several months of hiatus at just the moment the sites were mentioned as potential trailheads only added to the confusion.

I did not know the correct process for introducing potential trailheads so I apologize for bringing this off topic material to this board. Please accept my apologies, Liminal and Kenoma, and whoever. You may now return to randomly quoting Firesign Theatre routines unmolested.

bmg we crossposted. If this is not an arg then no one here will be looking into the decan clues, or whatever they are. Do let us know if you find anything of interest. But to avoid upsetting the authors, maybe do it by pm?
