Hey guys, first post. I've been following this for a month or so. Me and my friend were looking through here last night and saw the the Nslig twitter had been renamed 'itmustbedone'.

Edit: I noticed you guys were talking about this in the trailhead, but I think it deserves its own thread.

 		Hey, whether or not you like gamejacking/itmustbedone, let's at least try to be civil here. He's having fun, and he's trying to make the game more fun and less linear for the players by adding in a new source of knowledge. Gamejacks aren't inherently bad, as I've seen some gamejacks that were incorporated into the story and gave the story a cool turn of events that made it more interesting.

Don't be an asshole and insult him and tell him to stop. He can continue, and while I think he's taking an underwhelming and rather boring method of contributing, he's not trying to rewrite the story or put himself as more legitimate than J and Marble Hornets.

I guess. It's just stupid how he inserted little links in his post to his twitter page. Not only did he gamejack, he stole some players who got suckered in by thinking "Hmm, I wonder what this is". It's like he knew people would come. What a shit-eater. He also posted in character basically. So thats 3 offenses. To anybody doing that wiki page, please for the love of god don't put this in as a side story. He souldn't get the attention he is getting. The fucker doesn't deserve it. Let alone his own thread.

Lol this is not a side-story.

Well people would come. That's sorta the whole point. And he didn't post in-character, because once he created a "character" for himself he stopped posting. That's how these things work--I've seen that happen in other games (for example, the Lost Ring).

Again, gamejacks are not inherently bad or evil and never warrant being called a "shit-eater". While he is not performing this with any finesse, he's not doing anything terrible like trying to contradict the Marble Hornets story (by which I mean everything surrounding the Entries). He's trying to add an additional aspect to the MH/Slender Man story. You can take it as part of the story or not.

And for the record, itmustbedone is not going in the wiki unless it is somehow confirmed as canon by the creators of Marble Hornets.

i had bought an antique torch from a shop 2 days before i moved in."

DURRRRRRRRRRRR.

The grammar and forced dramatic tones make it seem like a sixth grader trying to write a ghost story for an assignment. It's also just offensive that he references Marble Hornets and the entries so much because he is trying so hard to be considered legitimate.

This is just really sad.

FINALLY! Someone agrees. How retarded is this kid? If I was a judge, I would lock his sorry ass up for not only gamejacking, stealing, and in-character posting, but he STOLE someones name. that is a pussy ass move.

OK, this is getting a bit tiring, I don't want a flame war starting out, but do you think he stopped posting because you guys all called him a shit-eater?

Yes, it is most likely a gamejack, it might not have been the best way to do it, and maybe he could have tried a different tactic, but at least it gives us SOMETHING to do. I am doing this from a completely neutral PoV by the way.

Same with JAF, maybe it IS a gamejack, but it was done with at least a minimum of tact and resourcefulness, both of these are entertaining to read while I wait for the next video, and in between rehearsals.

My point is: Seriously guys? This is immature, even for a 6th grader, because obviously Itmustbedone isn't going to respond and that proves to me that he's more mature than 7/10 of you guys that called him shit-eater and told him to fuck off.
