I remember when I played the Lost one they started off pretty easy, then got crazy difficult towards the end. I'm optimistic that it'll get more challenging as we go.

A bit off topic, but are there any ARG's that aren't connected to tv shows/other products?

I keep picturing it as one of those 'murder mystery' dinner things, where you have to solve the case. It'd be fun if there was something like that on the web that was essentially like a "season" you signed up for.

Sigh. I'm totally back into full ARG mode now, refreshing every five minutes. I remember I used to refresh the lost page every, like, five minutes. Eventually they had to start posting messages essentially being like "calm down peeps, we'll let you know."

Yes, Cait, there are tons of ARGs out there that are not related to tv shows/movies. Check out this section of the forum for new ones that have recently gotten under way. When I migrated over here, I found several that I decided to follow and am having a blast.

Well, i know the "never" means that it's never been posted in. The 28 could mean that we have to wait until the 28th to get the password (somehow). As for the rest- I have no idea.

We did think we'd be getting the clue during or after the weekend, so the 28th would make sense. But I'm totally stumped on the rest of it, too. Then again, I'm so dense I didn't even pick op the 28 thing until Pretzel pointed it out.

I've tried various passwords- "riese", "Lune", "siegfried"- but none of them worked. I'm reticient in trying more, since I know certain systems lock you out after x amount of failed password attempts. Has anyone else tried anything different?

EDIT: I've also, out of a fit of pure randomosity that came to me while vaccumming my stairs, attempted to put the "Dfvx892" bit into a Tinyurl address. Didn't work, unfortunately.
