Hi everyone,

I read the thread. Seems like this game is really interesting.

Just a few suggestions that helps newcomers to catch up:
(These are no rules but some kind of advices that could help)

- Do not use this trailhead thread as some kind of "chat" and "pure social communication". You can set up a chat for this purpose. There are already 15 pages and most posts are not related to the game progress. Limiting posting to updates, game discussion, ideas/suggestions to puzzle solves,... helps to make this thread "readable".
- A wiki is a great idea. But I would not use wikipedia for it. wiki content could be huge. So one page is a very limited space. And it could be that wikipedia will delete the content (I guess this is very likely). You can easily put up an own TheSect wiki at www.wikidot.com - for free.
- Spoiler important finds, since other players maybe want to solve the puzzles on their own.

The sect has sent me to the location of the monastery nearest my house. It's an address in Lorton, VA.

I'm going to check it out on the 29th. If you live in the area and want to investigate, shoot me a line and I'll give you the exact address.

How?? I replied to the original email from them way back when asking where the monastery is, but still haven't heard back... I'm so jealous!

Dude, that's AWESOME! They're holding Anti-Sect flash mobs! Genius!

I reaaaaally want them to do one by me!

Also, that was a really great interview. They're both so well-spoken. I <3 Raven.

Man, I wish I could go. I live in Seattle, so Vancouver's not that far for me, but I don't have a car, and I highly doubt I can get a transit bus all the way up there. If they were holding one in Seattle any time soon, though, I would totally do it...

Anyone else feeling the lull of not having a puzzle to solve? I sure am. Just thought I'd point out that http://www.thisisnotthepath.com/seigfried/ is down, however the Morse code and /reality are still there for now.

And did we ever figure out what 28@Dfvx892 meant?

I understand why you all have your doubts about me. It's hard to take what I say at Face value. It's too bad we're not all open book.

If you want to find your answers, remember to callme Seigfried.

It's great to have friends like you.

Ha. Yeah. Searching for just his name brings up a lot of results so there must be something else to it

Edit: Got it. I'll wait until everyone else gets here...

Directions

Any thoughts on those directions? I get North, south, east, west...but not sure what to do with the numbers.. They don't look like map coordinates...

They do look like coordinates to me... putting them in in degrees and minutes, I get the following cities/metro areas:

3456S13835E Adelaide
238N8221W Havana
3541N13946E Tokyo
5956N1044E Oslo
4148N1236E Rome
5555N311W Edinburgh
3435S5829W Buenos Aires
5129N00W Greenwich (London?)
4058N2850E Istanbul
1854N7249E Mumbai

But I'm at a loss for what to do next. Maybe the first letters can be anagrammed into something? AHTOREBLIM?
