 		Okay, now that I'm up-to-date, I have to agree that they do look like coordinates. Latitude and Longitude, perhaps?

 		Technically, I think they are all capitals, just not national capitals - Adelaide and Mumbai, for example, are regional (i.e., state) capitals. Not sure what (if anything) that means, though. Sad

Oh ok! The capital thing could be something then

I was going to say they're all by or close to water but the capitals makes more sense Very Happy
