 		In the title it says tick tock 3 times and all the numbers are multiples of 3. Other than that I'm clueless

Brilliant catch! I'm trying dividing by 3 and then decoding based on numbers (a=1, b=2, etc). I don't think it will make a word by itself, but maybe an anagram?
