4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 78 4d 44 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 77 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 44 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 78 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 45 78 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 44 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 78 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 78 4d 44 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 77 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 44 41 3d

From looking around, I think it may be Hex code, and I'm trying to convert it either into ASCII or something similar at the moment, but I'm having a hard time finding converters...

I googled it and am coming up with the game "wargames.". I don't have the slightest idea on how to try and start deciphering this.

Oh yeah.. i was thinking of a hex cipher but that isnt working here. curious curious

So there seems to be some sort of pattern in the way that the code is going:

4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 78 4d 44 45 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 77 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 44 41 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 78 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 54 41 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 54 45 78 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 44 41 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 77 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 78 4d 54 45 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 78 4d 44 45 67
4d 44 45 77 4d 44 41 77 4d 54 45 67 4d 44 45 77 4d 54 41 78 4d 44 41 3d

i just.. dont get it.

You're too quick to give up, Louis.

It's hex. Hex to ASCII, to base64, to Binary, to text, which gets:

*headdesk*
Sorry. Embarassed

Well, besides the creepy vibe to the letter-
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"Those failing to adapt to experimental procedures should be discarded."
, I'm not sure what to do with this. There's nothing in the source code, though I've got the sneaking suspicion there's something in the background- that grey "blob", and that the addresses may be important.

From what I can see, "VECTOR" is in Vancouver on Ontario Avenue, and "Sect Labs" is in New York, most likely NYC. I can't make out any more than that, though.
