Don't think that's it, that would mean it uses each letter of the alphabet bar A, X and Z once.

im on my hubbys machine, not mine, so cant look at hi res, but on the blach one, it looks like heiros that have been cut in half on the top of the page... Can you see that, or am I wrong? cant really tell.

oh, the white hole aspect i agree with. as in it is the map to put the wheel together. still not convinced it is only one wheel though...

:edit: could you try to rotate the mostly white on and superimpose it on the mostly black one to fill the blanks maybe?

ok grabbed mostly black pic to moved it, and when tiny, looks like letters were cut out of it... like some one filled in areas that were cut w black, but when moved shows white holes where real background is missing?

ok full text so far:

each eye is a clock with four hands
read the first four hands, starting at twelve
turn all four hands 180 degrees and read them again, starting at twelve

then there is a pic of an eye with the diagram (of the letters) with 4 sections highlighted. looking at the code wheel though it doesnt match up exactly...too many sections?

EDIT: ok we are missing one of the outer most letters...only 7 should be 8 of each

UPDATE- Image change to eye in shape of code wheel. The 4 highlighted shapes are all ones that were missing letters, I'll post the 3 pictures I got noting the positions of the letters, sorry for the shitty MS Paint quality.
