i doubt you can actually buy the book. They probably just wrote up a first chapter to make it believable.

For what it is worth, There have been games/experiences where the book is actually published. Lost for instance sold "Bad Twin" - so don't totally discount the theory they may publish the book.

Also, "Heat Wave" by Richard Castle (AKA Nathan Fillion) - he even had a book signing as Richard Castle

After I posted, I thought about that. I actually have Bad Twin. I'm not sure they'd go that far for this movie, but the viral continues to surprise me, so who knows.
celina63, did they actually make a "Heat Wave" book? I'd totally buy that.

I'm buying that right now. Who's the real author, though?

I have yet to figure that out, and have had no luck with internet searches either.
Also if you just want to read it, you can download PDFs here: http://castletv.net/heat-wave-%E2%80%93-chapter-10/2372

Awesome thanks. BTW still can't find a copy of Farewell Atlantis. Soren Ulfert tweeted that he got a copy, but obviously in-world, so it means nothing. I would like to read it

Update: We have an official contact for the 2012 viral campaign, so I emailed her about the book. She said she'll find out.
I hope its real.
Update #2: The full novel will not be released, but that first chapter that was released will become important to the ARG
