i thought about it being a cropping too, but then... well... as far as i can tell (i just watched entry 7 a lot), there aren't any eye movements that match brian's in advocate.

he starts out looking away from the camera, then at about 7 seconds (spooooky haha), he looks up into the camera. then uhh... 14 seconds (thats actually kinda weird (double 7 (yeah i know, i'm sure its nothing))), he looks to his right, up and out of the car for a touch before looking back at the camera at about 16 seconds. then the pan at about 19 seconds.

brian actually doesn't look at the camera very much in entry 7. and pretty much all the times he does, alex shifts the camera away for whatever reason, so there wouldn't be any way for a cropping to see if brian's face looked away then back in the same manner as in advocate.

we seem to be at odds, twosixtyseven! =P *high fives* sorry about that, but i definitely understood your logic with the cropping theory.

and since we're making amends, i knew you weren't referring to me specifically in the blueshoe post, just didn't want to bump it again =P

Hmm. What if...

Alright, now, bear with me here, because this isn't just a shot in the dark, but it's a shot in the dark with a blindfold on, what if Alex and Brian both knew about Slenderman, and the point of Entry 7 was to go about their duties, filiming things, until SlenderMan appears. The girl never speaks, even when spoken to, and probably only "exists" in the sense that should anyone find the tapes, they won't think the two are off their nutters going around acting by them selves, waiting for some potentially multilegged psychopathic enigma to appear.

Ok, I think tot is trying to explain us how to count with his binarie clock.
The thing is, it doesn't go from 9 to 16, but from 9 to 10, so the last one is 10 and not 16. If we use this way of counting on the Program video, we get 25-01-13-01 3 times, so YAMA and not YAGA. I don't know if it makes more sense though..

That DOES make sense, actually.

Just some free association: YAMA -> MAYA -> calendar -> countdown -> deluge -> whatever. I hope it won't go that way tho. Enough mumbojumbo ARGs already.

I think the weird S is not a sigma but a stigma. It can refer to a number (6) or to a place or point on the skin that bleeds during certain mental states, as in hysteria...

It is definitely cropped, as Brian's face is never that close to the camera in Entry 7. There is one section where he has his head at a 90 degree angle, then turns to face Alex - when he says "Are you going to feed me Tim's lines?". I skipped around the YouTube video looking for times when Alex did turn to the camera, and that was the only time that really matched Advocate. Considering this is in response to "Interview with Tim", I think Brian's question to Alex is part of the intended message. If this is indeed the original source, then the pan at the end is a result of the cropping.

The video looks cropped but its not cropped from the known footage of 7. The trees behind Brian are at a totally different angle that is not seen from the viewpoint from Alex in entry 7. Alex would need to move the camera more towards the left or move the camera closer to achieve a further pan of the background trees through the passenger window. This footage could be the missing footage not shown in entry 7 though.

Honestly, I think this ADVOCATE video is a different video from #7.

In ADVOCATE we see this tree:

But in entry #7, you can only see that tree for a split second. I think ADVOCATE was from a different take, Before #7.

EDITS: This would explain why we are having trouble matching up the eye movements too!

I know this may be a bit too obvious for some people, but could the ADVOCATE in question be Brian? If so, then what is he an advocate for?

I think Advocate's message here is a question to J: "are you going to feed me Tim's lines?". This could mean "do you expect me to believe Tim's answers?". Maybe totheark believes Tim was lying. The other option is that we're supposed to use Tim's answers on totheark somehow - feed them into totheark's program to interpret them properly, perhaps?

The tree to the right of Brian's head is a puzzler. OmegaAbsolute, what timestamp does the tree show up in Entry 7? Is it possible J edited the tree out of the Entry, or that totheark edited it in?

Ya, lemme check that out right quick

EDIT:
0:48 for literally a split second, when Brian is laughing, so we know its not there

0:56-0:57 for about 3/4 of a second, this actually looks close to ADVOCATE, but this is when Alex looks down at his lap for the script, and not to the right by Brians seat.

And thats all, nothing more.

i dont think it stands for slenderman, but the connection between his shirt and the symbol is something at least =P

There, I edited my post morscata

EDIT:
---0:48
for literally a split second, when Brian is laughing, so we know its not there

---0:56-0:57

And thats all, nothing more.

EDIT2:
ALSO noticed something else. This ADVOCATE video is in pretty slow motion, yet when it pans to the right, it goes by pretty quick. That means in normal live speed, the camera had to shift really quick to the right.

EDIT3:
There is a point when Alex has his camera upside down in #7. Maybe something to do with "Tick Tock"?
