I agree..and even funnier looks when they are wandering why I am taking a photo with my phone because I did not bring anything to write with!

Well, considering you've helped in decoding the messages, I'd say that was active participation.

Hopefully, there'll be someone in DC to get the drop.

 		At least one person has gotten the DC drop - a user on Twitter that goes by the name Hayvock. I've tweeted him to consider posting the contents here. He says the plans inside talk about a zoo. So the ark is akin to Noah's Ark?

Seems quite feasible... end of the world, save whoever can be saved... it was done in Deep Impact, sort of done in Evan Almighty Razz. I wouldn't be surprised if an "Ark" of some sort was an element in the 2012 plot.

Looks like it is. After reading some of the posts on movieviral.com (just found this, Dan...nice to have a second "repository" of info about the viral), I looked at the IMDB listing. As noted in some of the postings on Dan's site, the Ark is mentioned. I found it ironic that there is a "Noah Curtis'. Perhaps he inherits the running of the ship in the future after all the problems occur and it becomes Noah's Ark.

 		Well the schematics are obviously for some sort of vessel, so of course it's probably an Ark.

Plus the company who designed the vessel is Aerospace Robotics Corp.

I got several extraneous ' marks in the text, including one in the password - I removed it. I tried the previously supplied user ID and this password on the ARC page, but it's coming up access denied.

Edit: Looking at the pattern of the ' they would appear to be commas in the specified locations. If that's the case, then the password would be:
