@ 3:50ish there is a 'distortion effect' at the bottom of the secreen, when he picks up the water bottle.

Which has already been mentioned in the trailhead apparently.

I noticed that distortion too, roughly 4 minutes in...shortly after that J. goes into a coughing fit and it brings him to his knees. Even if we don't see SM in this Entry, I get the feeling that our guy isn't too far away.

I think he likes lurking. What a big ol' creeper.

For the record, the video tearing (who's importance has been heavily implied by J) appears at 3:50, when J grabs that quarter full water bottle, which suggests someone had been living or squatting there despite it's dilapidated state. This, combined with the fact J needs a tip to find brian (formerly his friend's neighbour), suggests that this isn't "Brian's House". This is a place where, at least up until recently, they where renting or squatting illegally.

The most interesting thing in the video, in my opinion, is the low sort of rumbling/cooing noise that starts shortly thereafter. It runs from about 3:54 to 3:57.

I'm going to fart around with it in Audacity.

I hope there's posting of the things he took from the house, or perhaps a clearer description of some of the things he seen. Example being the foil thing in the heater nook, what kind of medicine was in the house, and just what was written on those papers.

Yeah. Although TTA believes he cannot necessarily be trusted, that information is vital. He should have given more detail either in his narration or via Twitter.

he seemed to get really freaked out at the end, like he rushed out of there.

the first papers he found, did it seem to anyone else like... he was kinda mangetically attracted to them? you see them for a second, then he's all over them shuffling them around all crazy.

and... i dont think they were there originally when he came up the stairs, but there were papers on the stairs as he was leaving. when did that happen? maybe thats why he got freaked out and ran?

someone should PM him, kinda worried about the guys cough, and also to see what he says about the experience.
