i have a feeling we are barkin up the wrong tree here. i mean it shouldnt be this hard.
but i have no idea where else to turn.
and i still think its weird that this was a video clue with no video. shadow said they saw his face and now suddenly this clue is on a video and not just a quicktime sound bite? i think we need to be looking into how was could see this video.

the clues also talk alot about the pond and seas. what about the seas on the moon? could the small pond be a refrence to the smallest sea of the moon?
im thinkin maybe we have to find what all those links have in common. i know the moon but maybe there is more.

No coincidence that the moon effects the tides of the sea? Hmm...

Perhaps! The "Sea of Tranquility" is a famous area on the moon.
Here's the wiki on it.

Here's a link to the other seas/lakes/other bodies of water on the moon
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_maria_on_the_Moon
Found something else that's random. The person who created the freedom for lune blog is listed as Mani. Mani is a norse God that personifies the moon. I love how basically everything comes back to the moon
Something else from the Wiki entry
Quote:
In stanza 39 of the poem Grímnismál, Odin (disguised as Grimnir) says that both the sun and the moon are pursued through the heavens by wolves
Interesting

Yeah. I noticed that mani thing too. Elinor has a whole theory about norse mythology tying into The Sect's fear of the moon and wolves. It's pretty cool.
Anyway, there are a few "famous" areas on the moon, but I'd stick to The Sea of Tranquility to look for a connection. It's basically where the Apollo's touched down.

Yes. I'm loving all of the mythology.
Alright. I'll look at the sea of tranquility after I do some non-ARG things

ok im really starting to think it has something to do with the oceans or seas and the moon.
mani's quote on his profile also says "I feel the gentle waves of the pale blue glow"

Yeah... I think we're slowly getting somewhere. It's like they're trying to beat us over the head with something--all this moon and sea stuff. I feel like we've already missed so many things in the past. I actually still feel this void from the Vector Project clue, like we didn't figure something out. :/ Ah well.

We should also come to an agreement about the cool/cruel thing. Any anagramming we do will be very difficult unless we have the correct phrase. I keep listening to it. I think it's "cruel" but I'm not positive. Thoughts?

About the 'messed up!' site.
the caption under the video says
Quote:
If you're bored take a look, just a little fish in a big pond.
why: 'if you're bored take a look' why not just: 'take a look'
Don't know if this means anything but it just seemed strange to me.
Also someone called 'Ron Méliès' posted a comment saying
Quote:
That is really messed up. Is any of your work on another video site? What name would it be under?
If this is IG i guessing that its a clue to look on somewhere like YouTube for another video. But what name?
