Blured "SEE YOU" can be simple reference to conditions in which video was filmed (in darkness).
And yeah, I am sure that anonymous tip was made by TTA.

I played with the audio in Audacity and the two droning sounds are "Alex" and "Brian" from J's Entry 16. However they are slowed down at different rates. "Brian" is far more slowed and I think may even have the pitched changed as changes made to make "Alex" clear again did not make "Brian" wound equally as clear.

It also appears there is another hidden frame at the end, I spotted after I downloaded the video to AVI. [EDIT]: Don't know if it's important thought, it may just be a watermark from the software used to encode it. It says:

"a digital video transcoding and proxying technology" with a TM logo above it. Inserted by the Video extracting service.

Another side note, when I extracted the video the audio did not come through with it like the other videos I've exported in the same way. Going back and trying other reveals the site that pulls the Entry videos without issue is not pulling the audio for TTA's videos. Can't be certain it means anything just trying to get all the info up and out there.

Maybe that TTA is giving us these sounds for us to understand how to process them. So that we'll be able to apply the same filters to his other video's sounds.

Nice find, but I can't see this as being important to the story. It looks like a watermark left behind from the video editing software that they accidentally left in.

Well, so far, that's twice that TTA has been present along with SM. Well, allegedly, if we're to take visual tearing as SM's presence.

I'm hesitant to go as far as to say that SM is TTA (Well, it seems ridiculous), but the connection seems there.

Also, between this and Exit, it seems that TTA has his own camera that he can record things with. Are we absolutely sure that Advocate isn't TTA's own recording?

If Advocate is a video by TTA, then that would suggest that TTA is Alex AND Slenderman...

...Oh god, now I know how Alex and Brian felt...

Well, 4:24ish in entry 16 is when the camera has the best shot between J's knees looking behind him, where there was obviously someone filming him. I'm at work, and I don't really have the capacity or ability to do it, but I'd probably look at those frames and invert them.

Clueless, Addition shows that the camera is between his knees, facing forward- at least, I assume it is, because the light is shining on the door.
