Yeah! We can be all 1337 and call ourselves the B33s7M4s70rz! Very Happy

Seriously, I think we should hold the descision until we are sure it fits the game in the best way.

For the logos by Pattern posted by Mr. Tostey, I also like the green one better.

I'll see what I can do about cleaning up the sketch, I just need to find my tablet...

I like where you're going blaze, but I think you need to figure out how to combine those ideas more.

Maybe we can take the green bee from MrToastey's and put it over the America pic suggested by Blaze, with little axon points all over the map, and maybe some kinda cool saying.

I like the green be logo that MrToasty did, but I'd like for more text to be visible in the bee outline itself.

I also like The Blaze's line, "Hello Operator?"

If T-shirts are being made I'd love to see the flea's "seek the truth..." mantra on the back.

I thought Of a really good one liner after this is done

"The Beekeepers
We Saught the Truth
We Revealed the Truth
And We Beheld it"

Or simply

"The Beekeepers
We Revealed the truth"

Just an offer, but ARGN has a cafepress shop already set up, that sells t-shirts, mugs, etc. with whatever artwork.

Once folks settle on a logo, I'd be happy to put up some stuff priced at cost (no profit to ARGN) for whoever wants something.

Let me know.

There's so many possibilities for a name it's not funny. If we take some of the key words to this ARG:

-Bees
-Honey
-Hive
-AI
-7 (Hey, it's a significant number on the site)
-Armageddon
-Hacking
-Attack
-etc.

You could probably come up with an awesome name. I think what somebody said earlier, The Seventh Hive was a good one. If the 'bees' turn out to be 'evil', we could be the WaspKeepers, since single wasps can decimate a beehive.

For now, I'm more than happy with BeeKeepers, but then if the bee significance turns out to be bad, WaspKeepers is even better. Very Happy

Nope. It sticks, it stuck, it stack, and it stays.

At least, I hope so!

Beekeepers has already been decided on - the bulk of this thread was REALLY old, and by some judicious searching it seems it was reopened solely to discuss the possibility of a logo. Let's concentrate on that rather than expending energy trying to reinvent ourselves, hm?

Going off of "logos" but on with "what steve could put on the ARGN cafepress site" I would first of all second the notion of the fleas "...seek the truth..." mantra on the back of something... (black shirts are ALWAYS better, IMO) and also, would love to see ARGN logo on a sleeve (short sleeve), and whatever people decide is cool on the front.

I'd personally love to see a "hand picking up a payphone reciever" like in G4's video thumbnail, with text underneath that said "www.ilovebees.com" or something... Anyway, that's my thoughts, and I WOULD buy that. (of course, I still think "I activated the Operator's axon and all I got was this lousy T-shirt." is hilarious.) Laughing
