When the countdown goes to zero, it starts counting up. This is normal and doesn't appear to have any significance. For example:

1 minute is displayed as 01. The flash file just separates the tens and the single digits. So, -1 would be 0 and -1 which will give you the 0-1 display. Looks odd, but that's just how the flash file was made.

Still, the twitter looks interesting. The numbers on the right side of the screen are the exact same as the numbers on the www.anakaretor.com, just read up to down, instead of left to right. The same rules apply for deciphering the second half of the numbers on the right side, to produce the exact same message as decoded from anakaretor.com

The tweets on the page, however ... I don't know

I'm gonna call out Will for either being a troll, or Blaise himself.
The tweet codes are all deciphered using the keyword "vigenere" just like those at the beginning. If you knew what the first one was, then you knew what the rest were.

Ironically, after I saw the tweets, I went out to dinner, came back, loaded up a vigenere shift and viola, what you see above is what I found as well =)

EDIT:

There were two ideas for what the "look upon my face" meant. One person mentioned that it could mean facebook, so I went that route originally and found a facebook:

So, I sent him a message... to see if he responds. I don't know if he will, or whatever ... but it's a fun message =)

It's been almost 13 hours and he hasn't responded, so it could be the wrong direction... which brings me to my next post.

It's all good Will. I also saw what you saw, but the other idea mentioned for what it could mean did lead to where I am now, but it could be a false hope. Now, following the clue that you mentioned, Will, the only thing we can do is grab his twitter picture and see if anything is special on/in it?

So that's what I'm doing now

Making more progress. I decided to move onto my second idea. So, I clicked on the twitter image, went to his profile, looked at the GIANT picture of him, saved it, loaded it up in photoshop, changed the brightness around, and saw at the very bottom, this piece of information:

Knowing this piece of info, we can conclude that the tennis ball discovered earlier, which had the message inside, is related to this twitter and the website because the little notches found at the bottom of this image are the same ones found as dots and lines on the crumbled up piece of paper, on the second part that we haven't figured out yet.

So, um ... yay?

I couldn't tell what they were.
Damnit, though this is what got me stuck on the stupid tennis ball. I have no idea what this code is.

I feel like an idiot. Previously, it was mentioned that the language on the paper was from Star Wars, specifically, Aurek-besh.

However, upon looking up that language, I came up with a totally different representation for the number system. I did the search again and found this:

Which gives a better number system, which actually represents the data found on the paper and in the picture. Thus, we have the data found on the image, as decoded...
