Deciphered this last drop from Philadelphia, I've left most of the typos in place but added word breaks.

There are four files, and I think they're blueprints to a ship or something similar, but that's just my speculation.

Also, on the bottom of my envelope--I may be reading too much into it--were the numbers "5685." I don't know if it means anything, though, and my friend is looking for his envelope to see if it has a number. It's not a postal code, since it wasn't mailed.

Oh, there was one more thing--a phone. My friend has one too. We're not using them yet, since the envelope also came with instructions. If I get anything, I'm pretty sure there's a phone thread, so I'll let you know.

The 4-digit number on your envelope is supposed to be the last 4 digits of your telephone's number. Thank you for posting these -- your documents are way cooler than mine! (I still love the little slip-ups like "backlit artwork" in place of working computer screens.)

Okay, so the election ends tomorrow, and the drops are done. Does anyone think they will use the remaing drop locations for the rest of the game?
