new pic and new music

she-fox says:

new picture and song:

Fleetwood Mac — Landslide

Quote:
(This is for you, Daddy.)

I took my love and I took it down
I climbed a mountain and I turned around
And I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills
'Til the landslide brought me down

Oh, mirror in the sky
What is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail thru the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?

Mmm Mmm... I don't know... Mmm Mmm... Mmm Mmm...

Well, I've been afraid of changing
'Cause I've built my life around you
But time makes you bolder
Children get older
I'm getting older too

So...

I've been afraid of changing
'Cause I, I´ve built my life around you
But time makes you bolder
Children get older
I'm getting older too...
I'm getting older too...

So, take this love, take it down
Oh if you climb a mountain and you turn around
If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills
Well the landslide will bring you down, down

And If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills
Well maybe... The landslide will bring you down
Well well... the landslide will bring you down

Interesting first sentence concerning shanna ... Wink

I missed checking this weekend but today the sunshine man is up and No Bravery is the song. I didn't notice anything in the source.

Hrm -

It appears we've completely stalled. With the exception of watching the websites and updating the forum with it, nothing is going on.

Which only strengthens my belief that we've missed something. I think (sorry, I can't remember who suggested it), the little things on some of the website pictures - relating to Platform 15 - is what we need. I'll try and take a look at them all tonight when I get off work. Freakin slave drivers.. Wink

The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected irisSPLATsunshinemine15.com (state 14).

I don't think we were meant to!

At least, not yet. I can promise you that blog hasn't always been there; I checked after Craig's last email to me and then I also checked earlier last week for it through blogsearch and got nothin'. Then blogsearching for "Shanna and Craig" today came up with this immediately.

Anyhoo. I did email him last Friday or something and he never replied (though it didn't bounce, either), so posted a comment on the blog; hope he'll get in touch now that we've caught up, lolz.

Sad

I hate to say it, but if the "main" ARG has more to do with IRIS than with Craig and Shanna...this may be the beginning of "writing them out." If I'm right, it means Craig may not be around much longer, either.

Sorry gonna double post here just because the other was this morning.

Over the weeks I have run searches on BE International and only one real site seems to connect and that is http://www.beinternational.com/bei.html and it looks like a pretty legit ad agency.

However I work in advertising and was asked the other day to make sure that an agency was real. So I pulled up a datbase by lexis nexis called Redbooks that lists all the major (or so) ad agencies and the companies they represent and vice versa. And then bam I realized I had the ability to check out B.E. Intl. on that site (fortunately we pay monthly not by search).

So I ran them and the other 7 other agencies mentioned on their site and none showed up. Well RPM showed up but it doesn't mention BEI on the RPM site. So then I ran some of the clients mentioned on their site and no matches with any of the names mentioned there either. The database is international btw.

There is no mention of anything remotely related to sunshine mine or any other related topics on the BEI site. It looks like they do a lot in Dubai so there is that energy connection but no energy or mining companies are mentioned.

The site itself seems a little unprofessional. There are few spots of bad grammar like: word, word or word or word and one sentence that uses the phrase "advertiser's $." There are a bunch of worldwide locations and every email address is by city (like melbourne@ or mumbai@) and then there is hungary@ just seems weird.

There is also three links on the portfolio/exhibition page that say "client ?" Dubai. The pictures that come up are tagged with a client name but not the link. All in all not the slick feel you might expect from a "Global Communications" company with locations throughout the world.

Then there is and I feel like I'm reaching here but the skyline on their site looks very similar to the border around the sun man web picture.

Frankly not sure what to say to this BE but maybe someone with more experience could fashion something. Well what do you think?

The music by the way changed music last week and I forgot to post it. It changed to the "High Roller" song.

Dieses Ist Das Ende

All is lost, I count nothing as gained;
The plans I built with such sweet intensity;
Have crushed and fallen through my fingers;
Like the leaves from the trees of La Grande Jatte;
The last thing I shall see.

Yeah wrote that big ol' thing up as I was leaving work and then thought of whois on the way home. I didn't have a chance to check later. Thanks for doing it.

Anyway... here is the wiki on the painting that talks a little about the location it was based on. As you see at the top of this page, it was also one of the webpages used of the sunshine mine site.
