Yeah, but it keeps the site going. If we had solved the puzzle months ago when it first arrived all the information they've been throwing at us would be useless. They'd have to create a whole bunch of new flash items to keep the site going up to or at least close to the release date.

Oh, I know. Still, you'd think they'd just make the pass phrase as obscure as possible and just trickle out hints, rather than pulling a bait-and-switch. Why give us the puzzle now if the solution won't work until later?

Some fatal flaws in our logic that have been revealed with the new single player footage from Bioshock 2;

1) There is more than one Big Sister in Rapture, they are just servants like big daddies.

2) The Big Sister is therefore not one of the little sisters that Mark saved, it seems more likely that the new ruler of Rapture is the little Sister; her name's Sophia Lamb, she has a British accent (I think), Believes that the people of Rapture acting as a community is what will save them, and has lots of portraits of herself in which she is linked with imagery of a Butterfly, (Simbolizing Raptures rebirth and it links to the butterfly in the teaser trailer that crawls along the Bioshock title).

3) Although it is most likely that it is a big sister visiting Mark all the time, it's possible that it is one of the new Big Daddies, called a rumbler. It's unlikely, but it made me think when Stango said that when he saw the "Thing with the Red Light" he fired some shots at it and it "Didn't even flinch" because the Rumbler is apparently a kind of defensive big daddy.

Those are my thoughts, see what you think.

I thought it was also mentioned that there is one Big Sister that has gone rogue and is no longer obeying the orders of the person who controls the rest of them.

Interesting. We haven't actually seen any footage of Sophia Lamb, so it is possible she's made some upgrades.

The shape of the silhouette Mark snapped the picture of on the each is definitely the Big Sister. All the Big Daddies have very high defense, so it's only logical the Big Sister would, as well.

a couple things. yes its very interesting to note that there is more than 1 Big Sister. i think you mean Jack not Mark. and i swear that they said the Big Sister is a little sister that returned to Rapture to find the life she left. so the Big Sister is who started kidnapping girls to turn them into gathers.
if I made a mistake please correct me

I'm pretty sure you hit the nail on the head. The thing is, in the teaser trailer we see the butterfly, but we ALSO see the teenage looking girl on the beach with telekenetic abilities, holding a Big Daddy doll. I think it's safe to assume it's a little sister Jack saved. I think the the thing with Sophia Lamb is going to be more like the relationship with Ryan in the first game. Solely through a short wave radio. At least for a little while. Think, more Andrew Ryan, less Venom from Spiderman. I don't think she's going to be conversing with Mr. Prototype from inside her combat diving suit...

I don't believe that Sophia lamb was ever a little sister. She was a political rival of Andrew Ryan who did not make an appearance in Bioshock 1 due to reasons we will find out later in the game. Also there are multiple big sisters has already been addressed as well as the fact that there is also THE big sister, the first big sister and she is the one who has been thieving little girls to turn them into little sisters. I don't know about the whole rogue theory. I am pretty sure that The big sister is in charge of the other big sisters. Relation to Sophia Lamb is another question. we will just have to see was story they give us.

I really don't think thats right, but you might be right about Sophia Lamb, I think she might be the person that started the cult of Rapture. Are they the people out of the Fort Frolic (If That's spelt right) level in Bioshock 1?

No... He's right. In the video, Geoff Keighley actually comes right out and says there are multiple Big Sisters, and one main Big Sister. The main Big Sister is doing the kidnapping. We don't know much about Sophia Lamb, but she is a Political Power in Rapture, and with Ryan gone, she's the big wolf on campus.

Is it just me, or is GameTrailers' video player being cranky?

It helps if you watch it in Standard Definition. I don't know if you are or not. But that made it less cranky for me.
